Key responsibilities for a Group Account Director
Manage all aspects of the client business, providing exceptional customer service at a senior level
Establish and nurture strong relationships with multiple senior client stakeholders
Find new and relevant way to add value to stakeholders and provide greater commercial opportunities
Oversee all strategic planning activities associated with assigned accounts
Responsible for setting and meeting account commercials, KPIs and the development of drive plans to ensure budgets/forecasts are delivered
Work with key external partners to maximise opportunities, drive performance, deliver against KPIs
Act as a positive role model throughout the entire company
