Main duties of the job Provide medical input as required to patients under care of the Community Mental Health Team and will attend CPAs for enhanced patients and provide urgent assessment/advice as required. Lead regularly on screening of new referrals to the team (rotational responsibility between the Consultants). The post holder would be expected to actively participate in service/team evaluation and the planning of future service developments. Empowers the team to resolve local issues on a daily basis using the tools and method of quality improvement without staff having to seek permission.
