We're looking for an Assistant Planner to join our Build Team based in London. Location : London Hours : 42.5 hours per week, flexibility on s tart and end times available What will you be responsible for? As a Assistant Planner, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in the London Region across a wide range of projects with values from £5m to £100m. Your day to day will include: Producing & managing fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines (i.e. design, commercial, construction) based on output rates & benchmarking, with sufficient time risk allowances, terminal float / buffer to contractual completions and agreement with trade packages Reviewing subcontractor programme / logistics information including their compliance with contract conditions Promote the wellbeing of your team and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved. Developing information for tender settlements including benchmarking Input to weekly / fortnightly project team progress reports and BI dashboard What are we looking for? This role of Assistant Planner is great for you if you have: Construction planning experience gained within the main contractor environment. Experienced in the use of construction planning techniques and the required planning toolsets An understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications including JCT, NEC or bespoke forms of Construction Contracts Experienced user of planning software ideally Asta Powerproject.
