Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation\nJob Title: Specification Sales Manager – Ventilation\nIndustry Sector: Ventilation, MEP Consultants, Social Housing, New Build, Building Services,, HVAC, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Regional Housebuuilders, M&E Consultants, Domestic Ventilation and M&E Contractors\nAreas to be covered: North & Scotland\nRemuneration: £58,000-£65,000 Neg. + 20% Bonus\nBenefits: Fully expensed hybrid car or £450 per month car allowance + full benefits package\nThe role of the Specification Sales Manager – Heating & Ventilation will involve:\n * Field sales position selling our clients new and existing manufactured range of ventilation\n * Specification field sales position, targeting MEP consultants, social housing and private housebuilders/ housing developers\n * Responsible for increasing presence within the social housing and new build market by engaging with key regional social landlords at head office level, consultants and developers\n * Acting as the product champion for our client’s ventilation brand\n * Supporting team of key account managers who sell the full heating and ventilation portfolio\n * Tasked with supporting the team in growing existing ventilation revenue in the North & Scotland\n * Targeting projects up to £2m\n * Predominantly residential, but also high rise, multi-use and light commercial buildings\n * 70-80% of your time will be spent in mainland England, focussing on the major conurbations\n * The delivery of CPD presentations and ongoing project discussions.\nThe ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Heating & Ventilation with:\n * Technical field sales specification experience within the ventilation/ HVAC market.\n * Sold to MEP consultants\n * Ability to be able to deliver a bespoke Ventilation CPDs\n * Sold into social housing or new build sectors\n * The ability to build relationships with key senior contacts in target markets\n * Excellent personal organizational and project management skills\n * Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills\n * Good negotiation and customer management skills\n * Good financial acumen and strong commercial awareness\n * The ability to plan, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives\n * Solid and demonstrable commercial, financial and negotiating skills\nThe Company:\n * Market leading manufacturer\n * Includes household/ brand names in the portfolio\n * £100m+ turnover\n * Part of a large global group\nMitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within: Ventilation, MEP Consultants, Social Housing, New Build, Building Services,, HVAC, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Regional Housebuuilders, M&E Consultants, Domestic Ventilation and M&E Contractors
