Business Development Manager (Security Guarding)
Cavendish has been exclusively instructed to identify a Business Development Manager for an up-and-coming security company within the Security Guarding sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
3. Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of clients.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Analyse market trends and competitors to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Knowledge of the security industry.
5. Expertise in Account Management/New Business Sales.
Salary and Benefits:
