About the role: We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced First Aider who is ready to play a crucial role in our school community and be the main point of contact for our Pupil Services. This role will be split between providing essential administrative support and offering first aid assistance to students, staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Undertake administrative, first aid, and organisational processes within the school. Assist with the planning and development of support services. Ensure care plans are regularly updated and information is current. Administer first aid to students, staff, and visitors. Responsible for Pupil Services. Provide an efficient reception service to all visitors. Qualifications and Skills Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Certified First Aider (essential). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Empathy and patience, particularly in providing care and assistance to students. Recognises the place of confidentiality in the office environment. Can work at speed, accurately, under pressure and act under their own initiative.
