1. Monday-Friday 8.45am-5pm

3. £24k-£25k + Bonus
The Role:
* Meet and greet clients, upholding the professionalism of the business
* Coordinate internal room bookings & calendar management
* Provide administration support to the Business Services Team
* Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
* Communicating internally and externally with clients and key stakeholders
* Assisting with coordinating client events both on site and off site
* Support the marketing team with various marketing administration tasks
The Person:
* You have a strong background in Front of House, through hospitality, retail, or a professional services environment
* You are proactive, enjoy keeping busy, finding tasks to complete when Reception is a little quieter
* You have a can-do approach, a desire for continuous learning and growth
* You possess high levels of professionalism, and impeccable written and verbal communication
