Supporting the Room Leader, you'll model best practices, maintain confidentiality, and use Famly for record-keeping and assessments. You'll ensure you meet with your line manager regularly, speak with the room leader about children's needs, and follow instructions from senior staff. You'll engage with children respectfully, plan challenging activities, and support their transitions. Health and safety are paramount, so you'll keep the room and children clean, check facilities, adhere to dietary requirements, keep attendance records, and administer First Aid when needed.
