About The Role Team – Corporate Client Management Working Pattern - Remote working, 35 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working Top 3 skills needed for this role: Strong demonstration of strategic development of relationship building and consultative engagement in Corporate Accounts over 1000 employees Comprehensive understanding of Private Medical Insurance or Health & Wellbeing services Extensive experience in Leadership of multi-stakeholder management What this role is all about: You will be the primary contact for a select group of high-value Private Medical Insurance clients, each with over 1000 employees. These clients are critical to our portfolio and often have bespoke requirements and complex needs. Your role will involve driving employee engagement and delivering exceptional service. Key Actions Working daily in a consultative manner on our largest clients, with senior level contacts up to HR Director level, senior level employee benefits intermediaries, consultancies, brokers, internal and external stakeholders Resolving complex and challenging situations as well as creating and implementing successful wellbeing strategies that bring business benefits to our clients Developing deep relationships with clients and their intermediaries delivering exceptional customer service as well as managing multiple stake-holders Identifying client requirements and objectives, developing a cohesive and comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy that drives engagement in the Vitality proposition and facilitates renewal Expert at reviewing and discussing our details corporate Management Information both on claims and Vitality programme, to interpret the data to forge workplace wellness strategies and relevant product design by client. Working hand in hand with the client intermediary and in the context of existing strategies and benefits in lace with large complex organisations Ability to represent Corporate Retention Director/Team Managers in internal project meetings Ability to passionately articulate the Vitality brand and product – succinct sales messaging, expert in conveying our USP’s. Seasoned and expert presenter, in person and virtually with the gravitas needed to persuade a senior audience Exceptional negotiation skills, both internally and externally to renew clients at the best possible premium Leadership of multi-vendor management meetings for clients to bring cohesion to the benefitsWhat do you need to thrive? Extensive experience managing large corporate clients with 1000 employees At least 10 years of experience in Health Insurance, Corporate Wellness, or Employee Benefits Proven experience in coaching, management, or mentoring Expertise in technical PMI and Trust pricing and negotiation Recognised industry expert, capable of representing Vitality Corporate Division externally So, what’s in it for you?
