Key Responsibilities as a Procurement and Production Planner: • Daily issuing and managing of production plans • Analysing and adapting customer forecasts • Communicating changes in production plans to stakeholders • Attending and participating in production meetings • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring accurate planning • Calculating material requirements and placing orders with suppliers • Tracking and confirming purchase orders • Managing potential stock-outs and expediting orders • Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams • Providing general administrative support What We’re Looking For: • A graduate or an individual with experience within Procurement and/or Supply Planning • Excellent communication and organisational skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel • Prioritise and manage multiple tasks • Team player with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility In order to be successful as a Procurement and Production Planner, you will have strong mathematical skills and thrive in a busy environment where each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.
