Associate Solicitor – Family Law
Location: Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join an expanding Dispute Resolution team.
The successful candidate will support the team in a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, litigation, other dispute resolution methods, and child law matters.
Candidates should have a strong desire to contribute to the development of a successful and forward-thinking team. They will be confident in working independently and managing their own caseload, while also being willing to collaborate with other team members on larger or more complex cases. The candidate will help drive the financial success of the team and the firm by meeting agreed targets and participating in business development and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision and is likely to have at least 5 years of post-qualification family law experience. Experience or interest in advocacy would be beneficial. The firm is open to considering part-time and flexible working arrangements for this role.
