Where you fit in:
As our Resource & Asset Planner you will be delivering world class asset and operational excellence across all our network assets, striving for health and safety excellence; regulatory compliance; operational integrity and resilience; operational efficiency and business plan out performance.
You will play a vital role in the monitoring and effective jeopardy management of orders and commitments, ensuring that compliance is always achieved. You will also be responsible for the efficient management of workloads and resources, ensuring any asset failure and customer issues are resolved first time and that all planned maintenance is completed to timescale.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
1. Daily scheduling of work for the Clean Water Field Team: Scheduling all Clean Network Field activities during a working window of 07:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs on weekdays (08:00 – 18:00 on weekends)
2. Jeopardy Management of business priorities and customer commitments across a range of processes and systems, including Customer commitments in ICE (Customer Management system) and order priorities & customer appointments in Advantex (Customer Management system) -e.g. appointment compliance and dispatch time on priority jobs at 20 mins
3. Manage customer referrals from the Operational Contact Centre and deal with any escalated customer/operational issues
4. Carry out work towards the Company’s Performance Measures, such as- Processing the payment of failed customer appointments, when they do occur, Updating Technician rotas ensuring adequate resource levels throughout the week, enabling us to meet our customer demand, liaising regularly with operational staff and identifying issues by proactively checking jobs in areas which indicate a network intervention is required.
