Job Description
* Process and manage purchase invoices and supplier payments
* Reconcile supplier statements on a regular basis
* Handle queries from suppliers and internal colleagues
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Assist in month-end reporting
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department
* Adhere to internal controls and company policies
* Support other finance team members as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
