The Role:
As a Complex Care Nurse, you will provide personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, PEG feeding, BiPAP/CPAP management, and support with daily activities.
You will care for children and young adults with complex needs, such as cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, and brain injuries, delivering compassionate support in their family homes with 24/7 care teams. Our focus is on enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and empowering clients to live life to the fullest through tailored care plans created with families and healthcare teams.

* Day shifts

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery
* Provide 2-2-1 support to a young adult or child
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
Requirements:
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
