Children's Complex Care Nurse – Community Based
Location: Nottingham
Shifts: Nights Tuesday to Friday -
Pay Rates (including holiday pay) : Days £ / Nights £ / Weekends £
As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits paediatric nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.
We are looking to recruit children's nurses in Nottingham with UK-based complex care experience to work with a 17 year old boy with a life limiting genetic condition and Epilepsy. You must be fully covid vaccinated. We are looking to cover 3 nights a week

Role requirements
We look for paediatric nurses with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who are passionate, resilient and highly skilled. In order to be considered for this role we require the following key skills:
6. Ventilation via Mask
7. Humidification
8. Oral Suctioning
9. Care and use of Gastrostomies
10. Chest Physio
11. Administration of Buccal Medication
12. Administration of Nebulisers via Ventilator
13. Epilepsy
14. Changing Gastro Buttons
