* New Business Development: Drive and deliver new direct business and build a strong pipeline in alignment with the hotels strategic objectives.
* Account Management: Take ownership of corporate rate negotiations for both LNR and KNR accounts.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales office to convert local and KNR-generated leads for groups and meetings.
* Reporting & Analysis: Deliver regular sales performance reports, track KPIs, and assess progress against targets.
* Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities through market analysis.
* Rate Negotiation & Contract Renewal: Support the team in re-negotiating annual rate agreements.
* Commercial Reviews & Strategy: Assist in the creation of consolidated board sales packs and commercial reviews for senior leadership.
* Client Hospitality & Engagement: Lead client hospitality initiatives.
* Representation & Brand Building: Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events.
* A track record of sales achievements with at least 1 year experience in a hotel-Sales Manager role.
* Strong strategic planning skills, ability to look ahead and strategies in place to support the plans.
* A degree of knowledge of all market segments i.e. corporate, conference.
* It is essential that you can work well under pressure, with minimal supervision and maintain high standards and attention to detail.
* Microsoft package skills and Delphi knowledge (desirable).
