We’re looking for an inspiring leader to manage our 46-bed elderly residential care home in Petersfield. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day operations and champion a high standard of care. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Care Act 2014, MCA and DoLS. Build a compassionate culture of safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Develop and inspire a committed team, with support and clarity. Actively engage with residents, families, and professionals to build trust and connection. About You: Experienced care home leader (Minimum 3 years as a Registered Manager with demonstrable experience of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings). NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management or equivalent. Detailed knowledge of adult social care regulations. Strong people skills – a great communicator who leads by example.
