Your new role: As the company continues to grow from strength to strength, we now have a requirement for an Office Administration / Personal Assistant to join the team in Maidenhead. Involved Solutions are seeking an Office Administrator to come join a fun vibrant office, in a key role in the organisation, as this role is there to support the Sales Staff and Marketing department. This means taking responsibility for the entire office and maintaining all the admin.
Summary of duties of the Office Administration / Personal Assistant:
1. Preparing and sending out Contracts, and then monitoring and chasing up
2. Preparing and sending out invoices, and then monitoring and chasing up
3. Completing daily, weekly and monthly reports
4. Safe keeping of files and archiving
5. Logging all incoming invoices and ensuring prompt payments
6. Organising travel and incentive trips
7. Carrying out projects as and when required
8. Any other office administration and support
