This is an ideal position for someone with excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in making a positive impact.\nThis varied role offers hybrid working and the chance to work with a sector-leading, award-winning community interest company that delivers restorative services across Wales and the UK.\nAdministrator - The Role\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n * Overseeing day-to-day administrative and reception duties\n * Liaising with clients, arranging training sessions and managing documentation\n * Managing team calendars, including Zoom and MS Teams integration\n * Updating and maintaining the booking system and capacity planning tools\n * Supporting website content, CRM and learning management systems\n * Handling IT issues, fault reporting and minor resolutions\n * Assisting with finance tasks such as quotations and payment approvals\n * Organising supplies and ensuring the functionality of office operations\n * Preparing meetings, taking minutes and monitoring action plans\n * Coordinating and scheduling social media content across platforms\n * Supporting event and conference planning and logistics\n * Providing governance administration support to the Company Secretary\n * Collating data and reports for internal use and WRAP reporting\n * Supporting Senior Leadership Team in external meetings and minute-taking\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n * Proven administrative experience in a varied and fast-paced environment\n * Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Zoom and MS Teams\n * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities\n * Confident communicator, both written and verbal\n * Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion\n * A team player who is also comfortable working independently\n * Experience with social media scheduling and content is desirable\n * Knowledge of restorative approaches is beneficial but not essential\nPrevious experience in the following would be beneficial: Administrator, Admin, Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Customer Service, Data Entry, Client Liaison, Governance Support, Team Assistant, Project Support, Operations Admin
