Job Title: School Administration Assistant
Location:
Toxteth, Liverpool
Job Type:
Contract, Full-Time hours
Job Duties:
1. Providing administrative support to the school office
2. Managing student records and files
3. Assisting with school communications, such as emails and calls
4. Handling school registration and enrolment processes
5. Coordinating school events and activities
6. Supporting teachers and staff with administrative tasks
7. Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Required Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
2. Excellent organisational skills
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Effective communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Knowledge of basic office procedures
2. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
3. Familiarity with data entry and record keeping
4. Strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional qualifications in administration or related field
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
