This is a role for a strong customer service assistant with lettings/property management. Based in a high end residency in Bristol this role offers a real varied range of responsibilities and also offers career progression. This is a build to rent property with over 250 apartments, built to a high hotel like spec and therefore tenants are mainly professionals and look for a professional customer service approach Duties include: Liaising with potential new tenants, conducting viewings, taking rental enquiries Front of house - meet and greet Completing tenancy agreements and vettings Check in and checkouts plus inventories. Ensure the building is presented to the highest standard Adhere to all health and safety and ensure the building is compliant Updating the CRM systems/advertising portals Use social media to converse with residents about events (Seasonal events, Summer parties and Christmas bash) Liaise with maintenance contractors and ensure tenant issues are solved quickly This role is full time and office based My client is looking for a mix of skills: Property Lettings experience Front of house / Hospitality / Hotel reception Flexibilty to work shifts Build to rent Property Management skills Customer Services
