Thefutureworks are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to work for our client based in Coventry.Job Purpose: Co-ordinate export shipments whilst maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records. Support the Sales office with all activities, ensuring accurate data entry on every task. Work effectively with all departments in order to provide excellent support to all customers.Key Responsibilities: Provide support to customer accounts in the UK, Europe and USA Co-ordinate export shipments and ensure adherence to all relevant legislation Communicate effectively with Customers and internal associates Supporting the internal and external Sales function.
