My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable and ensuring the smooth operation of their financial processes.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting and processing purchase ledger invoices and delivery notes onto the system
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts on a regular basis.
* Credit control and cash allocation
* Assist in the office by answering the telephone, communicate with customers and suppliers
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role is preferred.
2. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage
3. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
