Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Medical Education team. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, someone capable of excellent time management with a skill for task prioritisation. The post holder will work closely with Specialty Educational Leads and the Senior Medical Education Team to promote and expand the portfolio of medical education courses offered. It is essential that applicants possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. The post holder will maximise usage of the Education Centre and generate revenue streams through effective marketing, promoting unique selling points such as location and facilities. Main duties of the job The post holder will lead on the delivery of Postgraduate educational activities. He/she will also play a pivotal role in the development, organisation and delivery of educational courses where simulation, clinical skills equipment and audiovisual aids are integral to the teaching. The post holder will work closely with key educational leads from across the Trust and with Regional/NHS England faculty, deputise for the Medical Education Manager as required and line manage allocated staff.
