Our client is seeking a Bids and Marketing Administrator to be based in their Redditch, Birmingham office.
The role is responsible for working collaboratively with the Bids and Marketing Team to ensure strategic and operational goals are met, to identify and execute opportunities to drive efficiency and excellence, and to provide a reliably high standard of support across a range of technical and creative tasks.
This is a brand-new role and will suit someone who is looking to learn and grow while the scope of the role develops.
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor social media channels and online portals, review and respond to contact via our web channels, escalating and resolving as appropriate.
• Collate data and update reports for events, bids, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inboxes, distributing and responding to emails as required.
• Provide logistical support for events including booking transport, hotels etc.
• Support with meetings including bid onboarding, marketing project meetings etc to ensure all actions are taken and followed up.
• Liaise with stakeholders across a range of functions, roles and levels to ensure bid information is correct, current, and demonstrative of the best our business can offer.
• Support bid writers to identify and collate required evidence and supporting documentation.
• Maintain bids and marketing libraries, including customer and client feedback, case studies, testimonials and “model answers” to common tender questions.
