Senior Compliance Analyst
What does a successful Senior Compliance Analyst do at Fiserv?
The Card Scheme Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for Payment Systems (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, UPI, Amex) compliance from a platform perspective. The primary responsibility will be for the FirstVision EMEA processing platform. Delivery management of Scheme mandatory changes and analysing production anomalies to Scheme requirements. The FirstVision EMEA platform provides acquiring and issuing services based on the VisionPlus technology.
What you will do:
1. Principally the Senior Compliance Analyst role is to detect change emanating from schemes and other regulatory bodies, assess its impact upon Fiserv business and then co-ordinate a successful, high quality solution implementation. It will also require working alongside project teams to deliver new client migrations onto the Fiserv platforms.
2. Key Scheme Compliance contact for the FirstVision EMEA platform.
3. Identify, research, analyse scheme/regulatory publications and write business requirements for platform change. The goal being to ensure client and market needs are met and Fiserv honours its contractual obligations.
4. Being/becoming a Work stream SME, such that you and your team will provide Payment Systems consultancy and will be responsible for ensuring all Payment Systems related activities are identified and completed within the agreed timescales.
5. Support new client migrations and client specific projects for additional payment functionality.
What you will need to have:
6. The applicant will be responsible for the solution delivery from cradle to grave; hence extensive industry knowledge is needed to perform the analysis accurately. Including knowledge of message formats, rules, and regulations
7. Knowledge of Payment Systems and other industry structures i.e. UK Payment Association and PCI.Broad working knowledge of scheme fees and charges including Interchange, and other transaction bases assessments.
8. Knowledge of Fiserv platforms like FirstVision, MAS, Base24 is preferred but not mandatory or previous experience interacting with Card Schemes would be useful but is not obligatory.
9. Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and with clients.
10. Resourcefulness, as the Compliance team is the go-to area and must find solutions.
