What You’ll Be Doing
Stage 1: Initial Manufacture of Parts
Starting in January or February, you’ll help prove out machining processes on our newly acquired WFL Mill Turn machines. You’ll work closely with the design and production teams to turn drawings into reality, ensuring every process is set up to meet customer needs.
Stage 2: Fine-Tuning the Machines
This hands-on phase, lasting 10 to 12 months, is where your expertise comes into play. You’ll optimise machining operations, troubleshoot problems, and refine processes to deliver top-quality parts efficiently and reliably.
Stage 3: Preparing for Delivery
By August 2026, the focus shifts to preparing and delivering fully assembled, tested, and qualified kits to the customer....
