Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, organised and enthusiastic person to join the Physiotherapy team in the north community stroke service. The Fixed term post available is in the north of the county based at Wayside House and will involve travelling across north Warwickshire and Rugby. The post holder will form part of the Physiotherapy team as a technical instructor and will be responsible for providing interventions as a result of a stroke. The post holder will be given the opportunity to work across the community and appropriate training will be offered. In this post, you will be working alongside other Allied Health Professional's and rehabilitation assistants. Your role will be to help provide timely and targeted assessment and treatment to patients in their own home in line with national stroke guidelines.
