Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payment rail capable of issuing, sending and accepting digital value at scale.
Banking and card payment infrastructure still struggles to serve low-volume, high-velocity payments both locally and globally. Businesses send over $20 trillion in refunds, rewards, or remittances to consumers, employees, or freelancers, every year and waste thousands of hours, incurring costs of up to 50% per transaction and leaving the people they serve waiting days to receive their money.
Runa is transforming the payouts landscape with a new digital payments infrastructure that enables businesses to send digital value to anyone, anywhere instantly, free of charge for senders and recipients. Recipients can immediately spend the value they receive on the Runa network including 4000 plus payout types across 37 countries, completely independently of the legacy card rails. Hundreds of leading companies rely on Runa to power instant, flexible global payouts to tens of millions of consumers including Sodexo, TopCashback, Perkbox, Sweatcoin, Coinbase and Globetopper.
About The Team
Our Treasury domain owns money, movement and storage - the beating heart of Runa's global payment and treasury network. We deliver a platform and tooling that connects Runa and our customers with the global financial ecosystem, and enables businesses to operate and grow their footprint globally. This includes our FX products; payout rails; and APIs for exposing core money management experiences to our engineers, developers and finance partners.
What you’ll do
As a Product Manager within a Treasury team you’ll work closely with engineering principals and finance leadership to help define and build a strategy and roadmap for core money movement and management - ensuring Runa and our customers can maintain strong financial controllership.
You will partner with key stakeholders to define how money moves around our platform, from funds inflow through banking partners to customers' wallets and payouts to merchants globally, enabling financial products in Runa's ecosystem to rapidly scale.
You'll be responsible for defining, setting and driving priorities for a team, managing your stakeholders, and working closely with your engineering team to clearly define impactful requirements.
