Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
* Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenses.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and policies.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
* Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
* Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is a plus.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow city centre, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000, working on a hybrid basis.
