About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary with a strong background in commercial property law to support our clients legal team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and formatting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence
2. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
3. Assisting with the completion of commercial property transactions
4. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
5. Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and maintaining case records
About You:
