Role Overview:
Another expansion opportunity with a market leading Tiles Manufacturer. Selling the company’s range of Porcelain, Ceramic, Glass & Natural Stone wall and floor tiles into the high-end residential market. You will be selling via specification into predominantly high-end luxury developers – companies that will be perhaps building 5 plots per year. The real area focus is what the company class as the Cotswolds region – Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire & Wiltshire. This role will involve conducting CPD’s and supporting in the design stages of projects as well as liaising with key stakeholders throughout the project cycle – this will include architects, interior designers, and contractors. The company will give you a thorough 6-month training programme where you will be provided a select client list which you will be expected to develop. This is a small but specialist team of 4 who all work closely together.

Person:
My client is looking for a quality sales professional who must have some form of KBB background with experience selling into specification. Having a residential specification background is hugely preferred; however, they will consider someone with commercial specification experience if need be. Due to the intensive training programme, this position suits an individual on the way up who can grow into the role with some limited specification experience. The key is hunger, enthusiasm, and drive as the role involves new business.
