Due to an exciting period of growth, we are now looking for a National Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a National Account Manager, you will support and grow our network of training providers across northern England and Scotland. Specifically, you will retain and increase engagement with existing providers, identify new opportunities, promote the full range of our products and services, and generate income through sales. Working closely with head office and Scotland-based colleagues, you will manage key relationships, expand regional coverage, identify gaps, and recruit new providers.
Additionally, You Will
* Act as the first point of contact for provider queries
* Support providers with using Quartzweb for bookings and learner achievement
About You
To be considered as a National Account Manager, you will need:
* Experience of good practice in customer account management
* Experience of working to and achieving targets
* Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Analytical skills to identify sales trends
* A self-starting, flexible and solutions-focused approach
* A full driving licence and willingness to travel (around 50% of the time)
