About the role Based in our Aldgate, London City office, the Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales and growth targets. This hands on management role requires a demonstrated ability to understand markets, products, and customers, and leverage these insights to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will combine a strong analytical mindset, strategic pipeline management, and team development skills to grow the business and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this exciting Sales Manager role, you will really be able to make a difference Responsibilities Needs-based selling to connect deeply with customer requirements, even in our niche market like PCO (private hire vehicle) drivers who earn money through rideshare. Develop "go-to-market" strategies, adapt to market conditions, and identify growth opportunities. Actively listen to customers, bring their voice to the business, and contribute to planning and product development. Solve complex problems by segmenting customer leads and optimising contact and conversion strategies. Analyse data to enhance team performance, including lead allocation, process tracking, and identify areas of opportunity. Inspire and develop sales consultants by sharing expertise and cultivating effective sales methods. Foster a high-performing team culture, challenging the status quo while encouraging conviction-based selling rather than pushy tactics. Design and present strategic 30/60/90-day plans to senior management, outlining actionable milestones. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to seize new opportunities and lead through change. Leverage CRM systems to track and analyse the performance of the customer pipeline. What you’ll bring Minimum 4 years of experience in team leader/management role, leading process improvement and developing team members. Have a track record of inspiring and leading a team to deliver exceptional performance. Be comfortable with data and driving meaningful insights from reports. Be naturally collaborative and communicative. Enjoy building a vision for your team, leading your sales strategy and delivering change – from sales process improvements to marketing and promotional ideas. You’re positive, energetic and supportive. You like to take ownership and are comfortable operating in a fast moving environment. Be comfortable working 5 days across our London offices and other cities when open.
