ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly-skilled and ambitious Client Strategy Manager to join the Client Strategy team at Charlie Oscar. In this role, you will work closely with brands to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across all key pillars, including brand, paid media, CRO, and influencers. Working across our diverse portfolio of clients, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence strategic direction, driving impactful results with a strong emphasis on Paid Media. From beauty to pet care, you will play a crucial role in delivering measurable growth for some of the UK’s most exciting scale-ups.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Establish the growth marketing strategy with our clients alongside the Client Strategy Lead & Head Of Client Strategy
* Work across paid search, paid social & influencer channels to plan and execute effective marketing strategies for your clients.
* Line management of Client Strategy Executive, supporting their personal and professional growth and development.
* Work with the wider delivery teams to manage campaigns from start to finish, from briefing, through to delivery, and campaign insights/analysis.
* Use your marketing performance expertise to deliver value for your clients and the agency alike, with a particular focus on core client KPIs such as CAC, ROAS
* Set up testing roadmaps to continuously optimise tactics and strategy across your clients funnel and execute experiments to scale results efficiently.
* Effectively manage client relationships and ensure the delivery of performance targets.
* Ownership of analysis and insights to inform decision-making and campaign strategies.
* Collaborate with internal and in-house client teams on creative concepts and developments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* Strong experience in client strategy, with expertise in digital marketing preferred.
* Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel strategies that drive performance and business growth.
* Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to represent the needs of clients internally, as well as technical and project management skills, with a high attention to detail.
* Previous line management experience, able to combine digital marketing and people best practices to upskill those around you.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible and agile with a can-do attitude.
* Keen to accelerate your career, with a strong desire to contribute towards the growth of the agency.
* Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to inspire and motivate those around you.
* A test-and-learn mindset with a strong analytical approach to decision-making.
* Broader experience of the full marketing mix, including, consideration, acquisition, and retention strategies.
