Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Chef de Partie who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The college need a well organised candidate that can manage junior staff and have responsibilities for due diligence, allergens, ordering and cash handling.

* Salary Package to £32k

The Role
* Working on the all Sections producing meals for restaurant and functions
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
* Managing and ordering your own section
* Working mixture of early and late shifts on rota basis
Experience
* You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel, pub or restaurant
* Experience at with fresh food or in a quality kitchen environment
* Hold NVQ level qualification or equivalent
