As a Deputy Manager you will join our expanding and dedicated team to help and provide exceptional care and make a lasting impact on the lives of children. Skills and experience required as our Deputy Manager: Level 3 Apprenticeship for Children Young People and Families Practitioner, or NVQ equivalent At least 2 years care practice experience in a similar residential environment Leadership experience of teams Committed to supporting colleagues with the opportunity to develop, playing your part in creating a nurturing environment in which they can fulfil their potential Someone who enjoys being with children and can provide an enriched and thriving environment Able to provide a safe, secure, and containing space where children can feel comfortable to express themselves Emotionally aware and resilient to be able to support the children and the staff team you will be working with. Many of our children have complex needs and you will need to be confident in managing challenging behaviours Why work for us?
