Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a varied and complex caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
2. Provide expert legal advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process, and ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
3. Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized legal services, understanding their needs, and providing clear communication throughout the legal process.
5. Collaborate with other members of the legal team, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.
6. Contribute to the growth of the family law practice through business development initiatives, networking, and fostering relationships within the legal community.

Qualifications:
1. Qualified Solicitor: Admitted to the Roll with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in family law.
2. Demonstrated experience in handling a diverse range of family law cases, showcasing a deep understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. A commitment to providing exceptional client service, understanding client needs, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
5. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
6. Ability and interest in contributing to the business development activities of the firm, including client acquisition and retention.
