As our Database Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all – driving database growth, ensuring seamless management, and providing crucial insights that shape our marketing strategy. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot, ensuring our data processes are top-notch and compliant with best practices.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Database Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand the EMJ database, including organic growth and paid initiatives.
* Database Management: Own the database, maintaining clean data, optimising retention, and ensuring seamless processes.
* Be Our HubSpot Expert: Ensure database health metrics are maintained, manage data workflows, and enhance customer journey processes.
* Data Insight & Reporting: Lead marketing dashboard reporting, analyse performance metrics, and provide optimisation recommendations.
* Business Impact: Use data to identify trends, propose solutions, and drive better results for both customer and client-facing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in database marketing, CRM management, or a similar role.
* Expertise in HubSpot – if you’re a pro at segmentation, workflows, and reporting, we want to hear from you!
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, and other data tools.
* A proactive approach to identifying trends and optimising marketing performance.
* Exceptional communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.
Key Information:
* Reports to: Head of Marketing
* Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
* Working pattern: Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)
* Location: This role is based in our London/Moorgate office
