About the Role:
This role focuses on providing exceptional care for individuals with neurological conditions at a specialist care centre. Responsibilities include:
* Promoting choice and decision-making in care delivery.
* Supporting individuals to optimise health, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
* Accurate reporting and documentation to maintain high care standards.
* Upholding Brainkind values through compassionate and professional interactions.
Requirements:
* Recent experience delivering care in a similar environment.
* Compassionate, caring, and flexible with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
