The Sales Manager will focus on acquiring new customers for our existing range of products within the condition monitoring and Lube Oil analysis markets across the UK.
Are you an experienced professional seeking a role within sales? The company we are working with is expanding and seeking a UK Sales Manager to join our Andover office. In this role, you will drive growth in condition monitoring and Lube Oil analysis markets across the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities while maintaining current client relationships, leveraging a CRM database for effective management.
2. Set and accomplish sales targets within the designated territory, overseeing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
3. Work closely with the Group Sales & Marketing Director and sales colleagues to develop sales strategies.
4. Ensure seamless coordination of all sales activities within the territory, driving alignment towards overarching business objectives.
5. Deliver regular reports on sales activities and diligently follow up on generated leads to maximize conversion rates and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Sales-oriented with a relentless drive to achieve targets through various avenues including cold calling, client meetings, and business pitches.
2. Able to travel within the assigned territory, occasionally extending internationally, to build client relationships and seize new opportunities.
3. Ability to commute to our Andover office.
4. Strong team player mentality, capable of collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to drive collective success.
