My Client based in Braintree is looking to appoint a Talent Partner into their team on an interim basis of approximately three months to cover additional workload.
Job Description:
1. Use recruitment marketing tools and an ATS
2. Source and screen candidates with advanced methods
3. Conduct interviews and prepare interview questionnaires
4. Perform background checks on candidates and new employees
5. Track recruitment metrics and KPIs
6. Line manage the Recruitment Advisor
7. Design and present KPI reports for the management team
8. Produce contracts for new starters
This role is to be based at the Braintree office offering free parking. The hybrid working pattern is usually every Wednesday and as and when the business needs on site.
