This is a fixed term contract (FTC) until December 2025.As a Talent Scheduler, you will work directly with the Talent team and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll play a vital role in helping to further grow the company, ensuring it is set up for long term success.The role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to optimise the candidate experience, keeping highly sought after candidates well advised.With our outstanding mission comes a unique set of recruiting challenges - from creative candidate engagement, through to effective candidate data and reporting - everything feeds into you delivering an outstanding recruitment experience that collectively drives us towards our goals.What you will doProvide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholdersCollaborate with Talent Partners and hiring teams to understand role processes and provide scheduling and coordination supportScheduling video and onsite interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency across multiple time zonesServe as the initial point of contact for candidates and hiring teams, providing timely updates, interview confirmation comms, and responding quickly to any questions or concernsCommunicate the interview structure and context clearly to candidatesManage requests to reschedule interviews and handle last-minute changes effectivelyCoordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses processMaintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-dateCommunicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidatesMeeting and greeting candidates who are onsite for interviewsCreate and manage job kick-off meetings and wash-up sessions for hiring decisionsIdentify areas for improvement in the interview process and propose solutions to streamline the recruitment processContribute to the development of best practices for interview schedulingEnsure orderly data for weekly and monthly reportingAssist with candidate onboarding, creation of paperworkHelp with ad-hoc hiring projects and company wide coordinationSkills and qualifications
Essential:Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks while maintaining a high attention to detailStrong focus on providing the best possible candidate experienceExperience partnering with third parties, acting as main point of contactExperience in scheduling across multiple time zonesExcellent communication skills, great at keeping all stakeholders updatedExperience using online calendar/meeting applications (we use Google Calendar and G-suite)Data driven approach with the strong desire to maintain and be an advocate for clean dataAbility to learn and navigate complex systemsNice to have:Experience in a similar talent/recruitment coordination roleProject management experienceExperience using G-suite, especially Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and SlidesApplicant tracking systems.
