Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on Maternity Cover located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities
* Sales Ledger Invoicing
* Credit Control
* Online client portals
* Client weekly/monthly applications
* Single/consolidated invoices
* Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
* Running cost/revenue reports
* Sales ledger reports
* Data entry
* Reconciling sales accounts
* Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily
Requirements
* Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
* Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Have experience within the Construction industry
* Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
* Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
