B2B Performance Marketing Manager:
The successful B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of my clients global digital marketing strategy, managing significant budgets across multiple channels while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities of the B2B Performance Marketing Manager:
1. Develop and execute an overarching digital strategy to grow brand awareness and revenue, delivering scalable, repeatable, and cost-effective campaigns.
2. Manage and optimise paid media budgets to maximise return on investment, while meeting cost-per-acquisition and return on ad spend targets.
3. Drive lead acquisition through paid media channels, ensuring alignment with company targets.
4. Work directly with Hubspot CRM to map addressable audiences, track engagement and intent, and optimise activity to achieve departmental and business KPIs.
5. Design, test, and improve lead nurturing tactics, including workflows and sequences via HubSpot.
6. Optimise campaigns for performance and efficiency, ensuring CAC and ROAS targets are met.
