We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Purchase Ledger Clerk to support our Accounts Payable Team, based at our Head Office in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home. We are looking for an agile and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. Reporting directly to the Group Accounts Payable Manager the Purchase Ledger Clerk is responsible for ensuring the daily, weekly and monthly financial processes are adhered to in the Accounts Payable Team. This includes processing and preparing foreign stock payments, reconciling supplier accounts, and liaising with supply chain functions and with suppliers on inbound shipments, payment terms and payment dates. This role will also support on other areas of accounts payable invoicing processing and payments to support the centralized Group finance team.
