Summary of the role and key responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the team, understanding key challenges and delivering effective HR solutions.
* Provide expert guidance and influence senior stakeholders on critical people-related matters.
* Drive a high-performance culture by fostering engagement and delivering performance outcomes.
* Lead employee relations efforts, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Partner with senior leaders to enhance engagement, strengthen team cohesion, and cultivate a positive, high-performance culture.
Key skills required
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
