What we’re looking for We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Web Analyst to join our team of data-obsessed analysts and drive significant impact for our charity clients. As part of the Measurement & Impact team, you’ll help our clients define, implement and measure their data insight requirements to make better, data-driven, decisions. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes web analytics, with a deep passion for leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. The Senior Web Analyst will not only excel in technical skills but also in mentoring team members and communicating complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. There is an additional profit share scheme. The application process The closing date for this role is 2nd December. The application process will consist of 2 stages, these will be: First stage task and short screening call, we will ask you to complete a short technical task and invite you to a screening call to talk about your previous work experience and skills. You’ll also get a chance to learn more about Torchbox and the role. A 90-minute interview and practical task, during this stage, we would like you to complete a task (we will send you details in advance), and you will have a 45-minute panel interview with 2-3 members of the team where we will delve more into your experience and ask you some competency-based questions to assess your fit for the role.
