Strategically located in near proximity to the shoppingmeccas of Bond Street, Oxford Street and Marylebone Village, the 4* Deluxe Mandeville Hotel (a Preferred Hotel), is now seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Front Office Team.
Position Summary:
The Assistant Front Office Managerwill assist the Front Office Manager in successfully administering and executing all front office operations on a daily basis as well as the overall Front Office Operations. Position directs and works with Managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient guest arrival and departure experience, concierge services, and switchboard functions. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensures compliance with QA, GDPR and PCI, and executes any instruction given by the Front Office Manager, Operations Manager and/or General Manager to the best of his/her capabilities. Position also assumes the temporary departmental responsibility during notable absences from the Front Office Manager (eg. Holidays etc).
The incumbent must have worked atleast upto a Reception Manager level in a similar property and would be required to work night shifts on an as needed basis.
