Recruitment Account Manager
We are seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team for a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. This role will cover maternity leave and is based in Peterborough.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering recruitment solutions to meet client needs. Your caseload will consist of vacancies across various industry sectors, including healthcare, events, and administration.
You will manage client relationships, provide regular updates via email and video calls, and ensure candidates receive a seamless application experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing your accounts, recommending additional services, and providing accurate forecasts to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a selection of accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders
* Deliver recruitment solutions to meet client needs
* Grow existing accounts through recommendations and pipeline management
* Provide accurate forecasts to the business
Requirements:
* Previous experience within recruitment, preferably in an agency or external recruitment function
* Ability to build long-term relationships with clients over phone and video calls
* Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple vacancies
* Previous experience working with CRM systems
* Able to work from our office based just outside of Peterborough
Salary:
Up to £35k dependent on experience + commission

Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00
